and Chrysler hocked a fluggy with the Dak for 05

Dude, youre crazy. The day the Hemi goes into the Dakota is the day I sell my truck.

As for the Colorado, its ok. Its for those that cant afford the Avalanche, IMO.
It has a nice motor. Nothing at all wrong with the inline 5. I would buy one of those trucks for the motor.

 

I was looking in the paper today and a local Dodge dealer (Hendrick Dodge IIRC) has discounts of $10,000 on some new Dakotas. Yes, that is $10,000 on brand new Dakotas.

 

yeah the colorados are nice trucks. And the 4.7 V8 dakota with a 5-speed in a quad cab 4x4 is frickin awesome. So much power yet such a smooth tranny.

 

I agree with martian...the Dak is digusting.

 

I see both sides.. yes they are nice trucks... yes they are both butt ugly.

Don't worry, Ford wont redesign the Ranger, they are just gonna kill it and issue a new truck.

 

i think if they put the 3.9L v8 they have in the thunder birds, and did a redesigned face, but kept everything else the same, it would be badass.
