I need your opion

guy i need some opinions i have an 84 Sonoma that has the crappy 2.8l v6 and it took a **** a while ago and i have been try to sell it and everyone that comes and looks at it seems like they get scared once they hear it run and hear the noise it makes. i guess my ? is should i part it out for as much i can get and then take the rest of the truck to the scrap yard or should i just scrap the whole truck?

thanks

part it then scrap the rest.....it may take awhile to get rid of some, or most of it but it would be worth it in the long run

its not a cheap fix the connecting rods are bouncing off the crank shaft its a common problem for those motors there pos's and i have the 4 speed so i would need a new trany tcase and drive shafts if i wanted to put in a v8

opium...sweet

oh wait, you want an opinion? forget what I said above

have you considered donating it? you get some money through a tax deduction, the proceeds go towards a good cause, and they'll go through the hassle of parting it out or selling it
