Whats up guys I am thinking about trading my 97 Daily for another Ranger. He wants my truck plus 300 dollars. Is this a Good Deal?

my trucks has 2 inch lift, swampers, 2wd, 86XXX miles, 5 speed, and mechanically in great condition. So here are some pics






His truck is a 88 Ranger with 117,000 miles 4X4, 5 speed manual t-case, 4 inch lift 33s Bfgs,

 

looks like a good trade to me. i would do it if i were you.

id trade, but you didnt say what motor the '88 has. hopefully its got some lower gearing to go with the big tires. nice clean trucks though, both of them. straight, clean gen1 trucks are getting harder to come by. my gen 3 is showing its age. ( but i am in the "rust belt")

The tires on the other truck are looking a lil low, but that's about it. You'd get the better end of the deal.

the 88 has a 2.9L v6 in it with 3:73

mine is 2.3L with 3:73 also

Looks like a decent trade, but pictures don't tewll the whole story. What knd of mechanical condition is his in? How well does he maintain it? Does he dog on it constantly, or just when he needs to? if you feel comfortable about that part of it, Looks like a nice trade to me. You both will be getting pretty nice trucks.
