installing internal bed lights under rails, some questions, planning

for a step side with all the curves on the inner bed, your best bet would be to go to with a single continuous LED strip like mine. but it wasnt cheap, around $90 but its one flexible strip with LEDs that have a 180 degree light spread so they distribute light very well. Most other LEDs are more directed light. packaged as 'super leds' but who knows what that signifies.
IMHO… it will require separate lights.
One supplier got back to me about a light I have been looking at but the pic he sent does not show the lighted area at night.
I have asked him for another pic, hoping to get a better feel for this one light.
They will be a housing with three high output LEDs, and two mounting tabs all within a 3” length.
I am asking him for a pkg deal with a waterproof sw and some hookup wire, hoping to get more people interested.
Just waiting to hear and then I will order one set and get started.
6 lights should be about $30, which isn’t bad by itself, a little wire and sw should be cheap.
Hope this happens quick.

thanks to another thread, I finally found where my vendor got the 5' LED strip from... they are here, the ones on the black strip.

i cant speak highly enough for the lights i used, not the cheapest but they'll last. waterproof, bomb proof flexibility, and do a fantastic job flooding the area with light, with the tonneau open or closed.
