technically it is--underneath, its like a car, bemper underneath with plastic covering (the red red painted part and valance)
the old ones were all metal with the valance bieng hooked to the metal bumper, the new ones just put the meatl bumper behind a plast fasag (or however you say it)

thats next on the list!
i may sell the running boards and set the money back for some alcoas (i hope i can find some for around $300)
i was going to trade them for some skid plates, but i think i would rather the alocas....
