need help ASAP doing install of HID!!!

i am trying to get the red and black wires swapped so they work but i cant get them out.. there is like a prong.. how do you get them out??? otherwise i cant get em to work!!!!

Explain and pics will help. What wire? Where why are you swaping them.

You shouldn't need to swap anything, 90% of HID kits are "Plug and Play".
