Need place to mount tow hooks..

my truck doesnt have the full front crossbar so i cant mount them in the stock location. i tried looking at the frame for a place to mount them, but if i did mount them to the frame in the front, my valance would get ripped off.

so anyone have any ideas? some chick got stuck yesterday and we pulled her out (in a Tundra ha) and she had no recovery points on her cavalier so we use the wheels which worked, but god knows her tie rods and alignment are screwed up.

no welder either because ive considered just welding in a piece of 2x2
