hourly rate is a bit high but its $92hrly for labor. in the end what i get paid wont be said but the cost of the repair $500 is a good deal for me considering the job time and what i make

Anything you drive hard...whether it be a truck or car is going to wear out faster then a babied vehicle. Some of what you listed is normal wear and tear, and some of it is because you drive the truck hard. I've seen your other threads, you aren't easy on it. So repairs beyond basic maintenance is expected.
My dad babied my Bronco for 8 years before I bought it off of him. And i've babied it since then, for the most part. It has 150k miles on it and its had no major repairs, except the fuel pump and a few pairs of brakes...which is also basic maintenance because the truck is just naturally hard on brakes with the weight of it and the torque converter.

I worked at a dealer for 4 years and i would buy the parts at my cost and install them...whether it was at work or at home $92/hour is retarded...i would have them write an RO with a quality care inspection, pull my truck in and work on it...so lets say you make $15/hour flat rate and they charge you $92 an hour. you are being charged $77 per labor hour to fix your own truck...thats not right
