pic request 285/75/16 MTs on a 3" BL

I know your all going to be mad at me since there's a sticky around somewhere, just couldnt find it. Anyway, Im upgrading from 265/75/16 MTs to 285/75/16s today...I think just want to make sure they fit ok on stock rims and a 3" BL.

Here's how she sits now.

I don't have any pictures of my 285's on stock wheels...but I used to have them before I got these:

(Not the best angle I know...)

I also had them on my stock wheels before I got my bodylift.

I believe it was called Vht wheel paint. Have to order it online Autozone and those places don't carry it. It's been over a year and still no chips

You still have to sand. There's a write up somewhere. All four took me from 8am until probably 8pm. I used the high gloss black they came out really good.

Mine rubbed on the sway bar and the frame at full lock. It wasnt a issue so I didnt bother fixing it with spacers.

Yep that is what mine did also..minor and only did it when the wheel was cranked fully. Not a big deal really.....

I'm running 305/70/16's on a 16x8 wheel with no problem. You can run 285/75 on a non BL truck. So with the BL you'll be fine.

LordOfWar has 295x75x16's on his BLed Ranger. We've done some wheeling together and don't remember any major rubbing. Maybe a bit on the flares. Check out his album.
