alright well my truck squeels with every single turn. when your moving along pretty good you cant hear it but like in a parking lot or something its extremely annoying and sounds terrible. i had the power steering fluid flushed thinking that could be the problem and also had the mechanic check the power steering pump but he said it's still good so if there's anyway to get rid of that noise please inform me

 

Its very comon on Fords. Alot of people have changed to Synthetic power steering fluid to quite the squeeling a little bit.

 

but besides that there's not much one can do?

its part of the "ford wine", every ford does it sooner or later, no way around it

 

You could stop turning. That would help.

Turn the stereo up?

Ride a bike?

Like everybody said. Most Fords do it. Hell, my bosses 07 F150 does it!
