Probable Purchase

Hey guys,

probably fixing to buy a can-back. Love the look, versatility, and it seems to be pretty useful. Anybody got one, how do you like it. I realize things are not truly "safe" in it, but it shouldn't be a problem in most of the places I'll be. I try to go camping as much as possible... so this thing seems great. thanks

i think it's like a canvas cap. if its what i think it is. it has braces and then a canvas fabric goes over them. i think it also has roll up sides and back window.

how much are they? i totally forgot about those. if it's reasonalble, i might think about one of those instead of a toneau cover.

yea, definatly worth looking at. i'm definitly (sp) gonna consider one of those.
looks comparable to a fiberglass top. i asked a guy at work who has a dakota about his. he paid $1200-$1500ish. that would be pretty sweet for camping/hunting. especially the addition of a cage or rack on top. it could be a good spot for portable blind.
