Ranger Fix-up

I’ve been looking into either getting a new truck or fixing my ranger. Things like body, bed, steering, engine bay. I was just wondering if it was worth it in the end to put the money in and if anyone had tips on things to do. It’s a 97 2.3l manual 4x2 about 155,000. I replaced the the clutch plates and clutch hydraulic system about a year or 2 ago. It’s got rust on the body and the fenders, bumper and corners. But the frame is solid I’ve used rust inhibitor many times and an undercoat spray on it. Like I said mainly just trying to get advice from some people who may have gone through this so I know what I’d be getting myself into. Here’s some pictures so you know what I’m dealing with.

That's a lot of work and a lot of $$$ for a 1997 with 155K. I guess it boils down to how much you love your Ranger :)

I can't see the photos so I don't know how bad yours is. If it's rusted through it is super expensive to fix, unless you have a MIG welder and can weld sheet metal. Even then you have the expense of painting it.
