Running poorly

I have a 2000 ranger with a 2000 computer and 2002 motor, trany and harness. Disconnected what I believe to be the oss and iss transmission sensors and ran a wire from the gem to the computer to make shift. Ran fine for a while but now misses terribly. Pulled 3 codes p0176, p0175 and p0113. The new motor and trany has only 2300 (twenty-three hundred) miles on it. It was roll back in 02 and the owner just sold it to me. I also put a new cluster from a 2001 explorer to get a rpm gague. I changed plugs and wires at install.
I also changed the speed sensor on the rear end.
Direction please and thanks for help.

Be nice to know what size motor this is.

The P0176 makes me think you have a flex fuel 3.0

Yes the P0176 means 2000 computer is Flex Fuel model

P0176 - Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Only 1999 and 2000 Flex Fuel Rangers had this sensor, its by the fuel filter and costs about $600, 3 wire sensor
You can buy a 3rd party Flex Fuel Composition Sensor Replicator for about $150, but can then only run gasoline not E85
Unplug this sensor's connector and check it for corrosion then plug it back in
Reset codes and see if it comes back

This sensor malfunction could be causing Rich code, P0175 - System too Rich (Bank 2)

If you still have your 2000 fuel injectors I would swap those in, the 2002 engine is not an issue at all, but it would have smaller injectors, even if it was Flex Fuel, than the 2000 engine
If you swapped over intakes to match wiring then that's good, so not an injector size issue

Does your MAF sensor have 4 wires or 6 wires?
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input

Ford used a 4 wire MAF sensor for many years and had a separate 2 wire Air Temp sensor on the intake or air filter box
Around 2000 they switched to 6 wire MAF sensor with air temp sensor added inside

Swapping computers to non-Flex Fuel model would be hard because of PATS, need 2000 computer, matching PATS module and matching keys, and re-pin ignition cylinder for those keys, also door locks if you want match keys for those
