Hey I have a 94 Ford ranger 2.3 it shakes really bad at like 45-50 mph but when I'm doing faster or slower it rides smooth trying to see if and one else has had this problem

1st thing to check would be wheel balance. next, ball joints.

Yes, +1, I would guess ball joints
Look at the front tires, focus on tread wear, if inside tread is wearing faster then usually ball joints are worn out, assuming it was aligned at some point in the past

You could have a bad tire, layers separate, not common on radial tires but does happen
