I dont think ive seen a pic of the exact bolt you have to turn, so doing a search probably wont yeild you a result for that question, though from what I understand its pretty easy to get under the truck and identify what has to be done.
and there is no set amount of turns for a given height change, every ranger is different.

i know im way over thinking this procedure, i searched many many threads, some people jack the truck up and crank them, some leave it on the ground (ford reccomended way)....Which do you do, and how do i find the grade of my t bars? i seen that in one post too....I know where to crank them now, im just curious how many cranks to gain like maybe an inch

there cheap to replace though so let them snap and get better ones!
and yes theres a pic og the exact bolt on this site..i remember reading about this its been on the forums about 5000000 times..if you follow the t-bar to the frame youll see that bg casing its in..now right in the middle of the bottom of that theres onle 1 bolt start turning..might want a breaker bar if you dont have an impact!!

I turned them about 4 turns, i measured it and my drivers side took 2 more turns then the passengers side to get the same measurement on both sides. We checked everything out and it acutually corrected my negative offset on my tires (they wore more on the inside) now there alot closer to normal. Im probably going to get it aligned anyways because i havnt done it the whole time ive owned it
