Frame straightening isn't cheap, new frame will run you about 3 grand. But you get that truck, throw some adds leafs on it, crank the torsion bars, do a body lift and rock 33s or 35s and that's a pretty solid rig and the tires would be the most expensive part of that setup.

I wouldn't be afraid of the frame if it isn't bent in the front or rear but he is asking too much. If you consider the cost of paint you could have bought a truck that doesn't need paint. On the plus side its low miles and a 4.0!
