I traded in a 2 door 99 accord EX V6 for my ranger. In my opinion from driving both, the accord will hands down win. Not saying it wont be close of the line because the hondas torque comes at a high RPM and the tranny on those cars are sluggish.(thats why i traded it...dropped 3 transmissions in 4 years, not with harsh driving either)
If its a 4cyl, auto you shouldnt have a problem

It doesnt always suck, i get better launches out of my car (even with traction control OFF) than i ever could in my truck.

 

have always been a ford fanatic been when a 460 truck is needed to race an accord thats pretty sad... though i think there is something wrong with the 4.0 in my 00 ranger i would love to have the power/weight my honda crx had
