^ The famous Mary kay 86 Caprice. First year the State patrol ordered a non factory color and they went too light, it also faded to a rosy pink. This is the car I remembered fist when I was little (5 years old) my Dad was a small town cop then and had a lot of state patrol friends.

^ Hideous new graphics appeared in 1992!

^ The best squad in history, The state patrol actually sent a bunch of these to get rebuilt with new engines and trannys and then reissued in the early 2000's because they were so much better than the vics until 2003.



^ And finally, Back to the Great original look.

I hope when I become a trooper I get a decent squad and not some crappy FWD thing, but I don't see that happening.

I was told that the drug dealer who owned that Z06 got out on like 50k bond or something. The cop joked about him getting an Escalade or something and them confiscating that from him too.

Idaho state patrol

 

One of the Police captains Around here has a Gran Torino painted to match starsky and hutch and he has the little blue beacon light too... He is a friend of my Brothers im gonna have to talk him into letting me do a photoshoot.

 

If he wants to be accurate he should have a red beacon. There is one Cop in the Cops N Rodders club that has a S & H torino here too.
