Thinking of a few mods...

Well, I think I've sat around leaving my truck stock long enough. I've had it for like a year and a half now and I'm just getting tired of it being plain.

Anyway, I'm thinking for going for something like this:

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2185713

So I'll need a body lift, crank my t-bars, and some tires/wheels.

Anyway on to the questions...

The wheels are 5x4.5, right?
15x8 or 15x10 -- and what backspacing would I need?

Oh yeah, he lists beltech chevy drop shackles...I'm assuming those would be necessary to fit the 35's?

Thanks.

wheels are 5x4.5 bolt pattern and if you get a 15x10, get a 3.625 backspacing....if you get 15x8's get a 3.73 backspacing....

hrmm...The more I think about it, maybe 33's would be better. I'm not convinced 35's will look right with just a 3" body lift and a moderate torsion bar cranking.

Go with 33's, 35's will be stuffed. My 98 4x4 has a 3" bodylift, 33x12.50's on 15x8's, works well no rubbing

I would stick to the 33s the 35s will leave no room for some real flexin. They will hit the body.

BADLY! if you do just a 3" body lift and 35's the tires will be so stuffed into the fenders that you will have barely any flex at all........and to get any flex room, you will have to hack up the fenders A LOT!
