Welcome to the forum
Crank shaft and both cam shafts need to be timed so the open valves don't hit the pistons at Top Dead Center
If engine won't turn then that has happened and valves may be damaged
There is a timing tool that needs to be installed on engine when you replace cassettes, did you use that tool?
You have a 4.0l SOHC engine not a 4.0l OHV
Google: 4.0l SOHC timing chain install
Are these the videos you watched?
If you have bent any valves the heads will need to come off
