To all those that say it claims to "atomize fuel particles"...
That's not correct. It claims to swirl the air in order to mix with the fuel better.
That being said, I had one on my '00 Chrysler Cirrus... what a waste of $50-$60

Are you using a K&N air filter? If you are, the MAF sensor is probably contaminated with dirt and oil. This causes the MAF sensor to tell the PCM there is less air than is actually flowing, which will throw lean codes.
Yes, I removed it but still have the P0171 and P0174. Will changing the plenum gaskets be enough to fix the problem? I do not have a K & N air filter.
