tow hitch question

tow hitch question
when you raise the rear bumper from a body lift can you just mount the hitch upside down and mount it to the frame to make it look flush again ?i would go mesure my self but its been raining for a while thanks guys

No, the only way to make it look correct is to shorten the drop (ie. cut it and weld it together)
