Does anyone know what this part is called? It’s came off on both sides of my truck and one of them snapped in half.

It is a bolt on piece but................some retro fit the new one and used hot glue to hold it in place
If you chose to bolt it on be sure to seal the holes where the studs go thru

 

Had these on my 2001 ExST get loose a few years ago; in good shape other than deforming, popping up in the middle.
ReSecured them: PreDrilled PilotHole center on the length+width, then a black SheetMetalScrew+FlatWasher to match others on the vehicle.
