Um.. today.. Ranger...hmmmm. so far all I've done is driven it to work and cussed at the timing chain rattle.

Later today I think i'm painting the aftermarket chrome "center caps" that have the chrome flaking off of them.

Just got truck back from the friendly dealership where they replaced a leaky front transmission seal, leaky front pump/housing and a misbalanced torque converter. They also did a 18% VLT window tint, and I ordered these:

and they should be in any day, but I'm not sure how much I'll really like them?

Every day job is cleaning, dusting and vacuuming the interior since I haul a fuzzy white dog with me all the time.

Bought some paint to fix the nice new scratch someone left me. Not quite sure how they scratched the top of the bed rail, but they managed.

So far today.......Plugs, wires, changed the coolant, changed the oil, Dropped the transmission, painted the cross member(you can get off my *** now FX2.3), replaced the clutch, replaced the slave cylinder and throwout bearing, now I just have to put the tranny back in. Thats turning out to be a ***** by myself.

BTW, Telling somebody on the phone that you need a new slave for your tranny, just doesn't sound right.

It's been sitting all clean and purdy in the garage all week long and today I had to drive to the dentist....and it's rained all day.

Needless to say it's dirty again...LOL Ah well.
