unless you shorted something when you installed the cluster, I don't think the cluster change has anything to do with your truck not starting.
Have you tried the fuel pump reset button? It's located somewhere near where the passenger's legs would be. sometimes on the firewall, sometimes along the right side wall.

Your battery is dying, or your terminals need to be cleaned.
I'm willing to bet you left the battery hooked up and the door open during your swap. Killing the battery just enough to not start. Letting it sit for while, the battery will equalize after the drain and slightly charge.
