i havent heard this one either, but i would guess

"with a torsion bar suspension, when the suspension is compressed you get TT"

but maybe its another term for torsion bar cranking

 

Yep thats exactly what it is.

 

My dad used to always call the gear selector/indicator the "parandal" I never understood until why until a couple years ago.lol It doesnt make sense on newer cars with overdrive, 1 and 2.
