my friend just got back from dominican republic for vacation and took some pics, i noticed the teal truck n the background, pretty nice imo but i cant make out what it is, looks like a yota its prolly not a ranger cuz its a four door, for the life of me i cant tell what it is..

The fender-flares is what I "think" I recognize AND mostly the shape of the headlights.

ummm no. The green 4 door truck is a ranger. In other countries you can get 4 full size doors and a bed that looks like it is off of a yota.

 

kinda look like the real 4 door ranger to me. they dont sell them here in the US but i belive they do there.

Yeah, I was wrong. I thought I had a good mental image of it. It is an international ranger, fenders, bumpers, side markers, mirrors, tails are all giveaways (that I didn't see at first).

 

save the pic and open it in windows picture/fax viewer and expand the image to where the chrome tag is on the door.......im so smart i jus remembered i could do this.

 

I compared it to a pictures of a Int. Ranger a while ago and knew it was a Ranger and forgot to reply to it.

 

yea it looks like someone moved the decals to the door below the mirror you can make out ranger then under it XLT its an old style badge i love those trucks though..

Nope, it is not a Ranger from any country. Wrong fender, bumper, hood line, headlights, emblem placement, wheelwell/flare shape, etc.

It is a Toyota Hilux Double Cab, recent but not the current generation.

 

who cares what it is... the more important question is.... how do i bid on that monster beneath that tarp??? lol. i personally like the half tinted windsheild

 

lol that truck is a sleeper, it has a 302 with a nice paxton supercharger lopey cam, thats why there is almost no front suspension that green truck defines GHETTO.
