I talked to one of our people that is setting up end of line testing at the Flat Rock plant and he said things are moving right along and Job 1 is coming up soon. He'll get me the exact date tomorrow. Too bad I can't share any of that stuff with you guys though. I think the Mustang GT is the way to go too. You keep saying GT, I'd like one of those too, but I can't afford that! There is nowhere to put anything in that car. And I mean anything!

While we're forgetting, why dont you just get a 69 camaro, put a 502 in it and smoke the **** out of evos, audis, STIs, Mustangs, skylines, and supras.

It is not wise to show up to work at a Ford building driving a GM vehicle. :D The company I work for gets away with Audis because the Ford people know that Cosworth is owned by Audi.

I think it will be a Mustang GT. Now I have to stop by the friendly dealer to see when they are accepting orders.

How about an SVT Focus? You get alot of bang for your gas dollar there! 170HP in a 2100 pound vehicle, with a 6 speed manual!

I am signing a deal tomorrow for an 04 SVT Focus with all options for $21,000, I had a alot of negative equity in the truck, so a $2500 rebate, and about $1100 off from X plan makes this a great deal...for me....

Just my opinion:)

The SVT Focus actually has alot more interior space than I thought... I drove my friends a while back, don't care for the funky reverse position or the way the motor runs, but it does handle nicely and stops good too...

I've thought about one here and there, but I really am not into front wheel drive. I made an exception with the Audi because it is all-wheel drive. Well sorta, it's FWD until a wheel slips an then it activates the haldex (multi-plate wet) clutch to engage the rear axle, and both axles are open but use the brakes to slow the spinning wheel and transfer torque to the other side.

I've driven the SVT Focus, and that company I work for did the calibration on the engine, and I find it to be a competent little car. It is at the very end of its life though, no '05 SVT focus and new platform for '06 I think.

I think I need v8 RWD again.
