I'd have to say new wheels/tires.

Nothing changes the look of a truck like new wheels

Honestly, buying my Dodge was my favorite mod. Without it, I would be up a creek without a paddle right now.

As soon as the Ranger is running, though, the 6 inch SL and 33's will be my favorite mod.

So far my Magnaflow catback exhaust. Nice sound and a decent improvement in power.

Superlift, tires, and wheels, although I'm not sure I would go a second round on the pro comps.

Bama tune.

Recently I set the tune back to stock for a smog test. I realized then how much I like the Bama tune. I normally run the 87 octane performance tune and it not only provides better power and gas mileage, it also makes the truck more more drivable. With the stock tune, I get a slight lag on acceleration when shifting gears. Not so with the Bama tune; as soon as I step on the gas after shifting, it immediately goes. I also get much better engine braking when I let up on the accelerator pedal with the Bama tune.
