Does anyone of pics of how their winch is mounted and if you made your own brackets, what did you use. Basically pics and specs and material used.

OK, thats nice looking. I am putting a small winch on mine. It's just a 3000 lb. I took tow hooks off . I am going to span the distance between the tow hook bolt holes with 3/8 plate. It will stick out in front of my bumper approx. 6 inches so I can mount the winch.

 

What do you plan on towing out with a 3000 lb winch? Your truck weighs more than that.....

 

I don't go wheelin where I would get stuck, mostly for pullin fallen trees out of my way where I hunt and other small stuff. And it is better than nothing, also it is brand new in the box never been used and was FREE.
