Wiper bushing
Its a pain but doable
My 1994 wiper bushings were no longer available but found one that would work in a pack of 6 "universal" wiper bushings, with some modification :)
I used a short socket that fit the outside edge of bushing and just keep pushing it on until it finally went in, pain in the butt to work in the closed quarters of the access panel
I think I also used channel lock pliers at the end to get the final seating

I found a wiper bushing, NAPA 665-2007-1, that worked. Although listing indicated it did not fit '94 (only '97 and later), I figured for $13 it was worth a gamble to avoid replacing entire linkage. It worked! For installation, I used a 2x4 wood block, drilled out a 1" dia. hole and placed the block behind linkage arm aligned with the hole. Then used socket and extension along with hammer to pound bushing into position. So far, so good :)
