06 Ranger water in SJB passenger side.

2006 Ranger sport 4x4 extended cab 4.0L. I bought this truck around 2020 and have not had many issuse with it until the last few year or so when we would get very heavy rains the truck battery would die. The last time this happened it rained all night I drove to work the next morning and by noon the battery was dead. At 3:30 when I left work I hooked my jump box up but no luck. I don't even think the lights on the dash came on. No clicks or anything. So it sat overnight and which was a friday and saturday morning aound 3pm I went up and hooked the jump box on and it started just fine and has been running great ever since. Until last week another big rain and sure enough dead battery. So I got online did a little research and found the HVAC cowl can get jammed up with debris. I took the small cover of the cowl off thats on the drivers side behind the junction box and the drivers side was perfectly clean. And to examine the passenger side I popped off the antenna and put a endoscope down there and that was clean as well. I just don't know were this water is getting in and I'm worried if it keeps happening eventually it's going to cause a serious short electrical damage.
