08 FORD RANGER STEERING WHEEL PLUG TO CLOCK SPRING

HI, I have an 08 ford ranger. basic steering wheel. no cruise or radio control. previous person that worked on it cut the connector that goes from the steering wheel to the clock spring for the horn. Been looking everywhere to see if i can find the connector. No luck. Was thinking about figuring out what 2 pins out of the 6 control the horn and wire it without connector, but id like the connector instead

WAS wondering if anyone new part number for connector. It is a 6 pin but only two wires for horn.

Welcome to the forum

Don't see a listing for it, might be wrecking yard part, most Fords of similar year should use a 6 or 8 pin version

Horn button activates a Relay inside the SJB, relay activates the horn
So the 2 wires are a Ground, and then the wire to the SJB, when wire to SJB is grounded horn should sound

They have used a relay for the horn, and Parking lights, since Keyless entry(Fobs) first came out so lights could flash and horn could honk using the Fob
