The 1200-1500rpm miss 2001 Ranger 3.0

I have read quite a bit on this from everywhere. I have a miss or stumble from that range maybe 1000-1500 or so. From what I am reading it is sounding to be a common differential pressure feedback sensor. I have tried to find this part and can't. Is it called something else at NAPA. I have read they carry same thing dealer does for half the money, but I do not know what to ask or search for. Also is this the common solution for an 01 with the 3.0 six cylinder? Mine has only 153K?
PLEASE read additional quirk I just noticed. When sitting in my driveway and trying to reproduce this stumble, I noticed the speedometer jump from 0-120-0 again?
What could be the relevance?
