1994 Ford Ranger 2.3 LED Lights problem

Hey yall, I have a 1994 Ford Ranger XLT with the 2.3l 5 speed manual, currently did all lights in LED and did Heavy Duty Flashers for the relays both hazard and turn signal flashers and my lights are having a problem. I have the LED Blinking lights from Walmart and some pilot LEDs for turn signals and reverse lights. My lights work fine normal, if I turn on running lights I start having problems. When I do one blinker with running lights on, both brake lights blink as a turn signal and the bottom turn signal light for the side I had blinking will blink. With running lights on my brake lights are as bright as they can be as brake lights, when I press the brake my turn signals do the brake lights. If I turn on hazards my turn signals blink and the brake lights do the 6 fast blinks then go solid which is what the brakes are supposed to do but they don't. Some people said do no load flasher relays and some said do restrictors. Please help me out on this, I want all updated LEDs around my truck working correctly.
