2003 Edge 2WD wipers quit. Which wires do I jump to isolate if the switch is the prob

How are you going to do the test? You looking for resistance in the switch?

No, I know which wire is hot. Need to know if I can jump it to other prong to see if motor turns on. I know the motor works. Right now on relay 45B I have removed relay and jumed across it and motor runs.

Looks like 1 and 6 are ref voltage and 4 is ground as this is a ground switched device. so you should able to jump 4 to 6. This is going to the body mod so be sure the diagram is the correct one.

After trouble shooting isolated to GCM. I put in freezer for 24 hours and now wipers work ! Contact must have stuck. I'd used this before on CAN systems of railroad equipment.

GCM being the body module? I wasn't aware they contained mechanical relays. Wonder if if may have been a bad solder joint? At any rate good trick to know, thanks!
