2010 Horn Relay Location???

I have a 2010 2wd ranger 5spd base model. No power windows, no power locks. Just you base model white ranger. It does have cruise control. I see the previous model, cruise control meant relay and no cruise control meant direct switch to horn. So when I press my horn I hear a click coming from around the passenger side fuse box but I do not see any relays down there. I did read on one post the relay is behind the fuse box but haven't confirmed this yet. Horn fuse is good. The horn works when I tested. But when I hook up the multimeter I'm getting .07volts when the horn is on. Being I can hear a click, I'm assuming the relay is trying to do its job but just failing. So my best guess is the relay is bad. But when I Google horn relay, I do not get a location. I just see the horn fuse.

Welcome to the forum

The horn relay is part of the SJB(smart junction box) as is the cab fuse box, it soldered directly to the circuit board
SJB is the "Body Computer", controls all the electrics in the cab
The large connectors on the SJB often corrode, so needed to be cleaned

Article here that shows the parts: https://www.therangerstation.com/tec...horn_mod.shtml

SJB Connector numbers here: https://ricksfreeautorepairadvice.co...nction-Box.jpg

If you can hear the Horn Relay "click" then the wire from steering wheel to the relay is OK and the relay most likely is as well
So problem is either Horn is broken or not Grounded
Or the 12v OUT from the relay is bad

connector C2280A Pin30 is the 12volt OUT TO HORN wire

Fuse 13(15amp) in Cab fuse box(SJB) is full time power, and powers the horn, horn relay and interior light relay
