4.0 sprayed starting fluid,has spark 120 compression all around won't start

95 ranger 4.0 bought a 95 Ford ranger from a junkyard once I got it home put a battery in it sprayed starting fluid still won't start check the compression 120 each cylinder still doesn't start has spark

Welcome to the forum

How old is the gas in the tank?
After 6 months it is no long "fuel" so will drown out any spark you may have
Unplug fuel pump relay or fuel pump fuse
Crank engine over a few times to drain old fuel out of injectors
Then try to start by adding fuel manually
