I have one right here at my desk from a 2001 (it's bad though).

Ford part number 1L54-7H417-AC
Vendor # M799G
Motorola nodel # 09MP207C1
Date code 00341
Serial # 21032584

Bar code thin, thin, thick, thick, etc. LOL

I'd suggest E-Bay. If you can't find one there, google the part numbers on YOURS, I'm pretty sure you'll find one EDIT: nevermind, no hits on google. Lastly, most junkyards have locator service - let THEM try to find you one.

I know that my 4x4cm is bad because I switched mine with my friends' (rudeman85) and my 4wd works fine with his control module. I also tried my module in his truck and it did not work.
