Welcome to the forum

Battery cable, either positive or negative is bad or has a bad end.

Use a Jumper cable to test if you are missing Positive or Negative flow to the vehicle.

Jumper cables are used to Jump Start a vehicle with a dead or low battery

So Jumper cables use large wires, and can handle the 60-70 AMPs needed

Connect one end to Battery Negative and the other end to the engine, a good metal ground point

Then try starting, if it starts OK replace Negative Battery cable

If not do the same on Positive terminal, but connect to starter motor or Starter Relay, just follow larger Positive battery cable to where it connects
