99 tap radio power from windows?

99 tap radio power from windows?
I've seen the write ups in here to have ACC power until the driver door opens; but my 99 keeps the windows hot, can I just cut the + power to the radio and tap off what ever wire is feeding the windows?
If so, which spaghetti wire is it? Hope it's on that gem(?) module I can easily access thru the radio hole.
