Air Bag Dash Light Blinking

Air Bag Dash Light Blinking

i have an 02 ranger and the airbag light flashes code 4-7, does anyone know what that code means?

This is a common thing on rangers in your year. Try spraying the airbag sensors under the seat with wd40. Mine had the same issue and that stopped it. Seperate the plug and spray both ends and plug it back in.

This is what the plug looks like. Keep in mind I was pulling the seats out, so you just have to reach in more to get it. You do not need to remove the seats for this
