Any Idea What This Is?

Nothing in it. Blue hose seems to go toward where the fuel filter is but I couldn't tell if it stops there or keeps going. But it has a hole melted in it where it passes near the exhaust system. The black hose appears to go into the throttle body.

that there is ur vacum canister. replace the melted hose because i gurantee that is ur gasoline tank vent..

Had some slightly larger hose lying around so I cut out the melted section and fed the two pieces into both ends of the new section. Also ran it through one of the holes on the frame rather than around it next to the exhaust. The truck runs better now as well. It would try to die if I didn't rev it way up when starting from a stop or at low rpm's and low speeds.

got that! just mind to replace those hoses. your exhaust and filter all will be safe
