Automatic/Manual conversion?

How hard would it be to do, and how much would it cost if I bought a rebuilt tranny?

Going for a manual you will need the usual stuff like clutch and fly wheel master cylender and pedal: that stuff.
possible things to get are the trans x member, computer, and reverse switch.
prices though i dont know.
and most of it is bolts and nuts. the hardest part is unbolting and rebolting the transmission bell housings.

if you do it, get a truck with the same engine that has a manual tranny and then swap out the tranny, flywheel, wiring harness to the tranny, ECM, driveshaft(s), shifter linkage, clutch, clutch fluid holder and so forth....

they are....you will also have to pull your carpet back and swap the tranny tunnel cover so it has the holes for the manual shifter........then cut a hole in your carpet for the shifter to go through...
