solid man. i like how it works with yours since you dont have the massive directional under your headlights. with me, my headlight isnt affected, but the blinker and side marker are the ones that alternate.

i kinda wish my headlights blinked now....

very simple just connect the ground wire from the corner light to the flasher light wire. on my truck its cut the black wire and splice to the green and white wire.

ah makes sense...your flasher is inside the headlight assembly...(totally useless from a sideview then so this mod really makes sense for your gen)

that's the best part about this mod for our gen trucks.. people all the time would tell me my turn signals weren't flashing... i'd have to explain that it's just an amber corner lense, or a marker light... doing the blinker mod freed up a lot of confusion, lol.

ya it works wierd.. the one lamp ground through the other lamp so at one point one bulb has power at bolth ends and therefore cannot turn on thats why they take turns when they flash

I was about to research how do this, then I actually looked at how my truck worked. On my Mazda, the side marker lights are the blinkers from factory. I guess since they use the smaller headlights for styling reasons, they didn't incorporate the blinkers on the front like the Rangers. So, no need to do the mod I guess. (Kinda strange how they set it up like that on the Ranger's twin, and not on the Ranger itself?)
