Have a 20032 4-0 ranger and the fuse for blower motor keeps blowing. I have checked for bad wire in harness to rear tail lights and all apper ok, any ideas?

Just so we are on the same page, 2002 or 2003 Ranger?

For either year, Fuse 16 in engine bay fuse box is for the blower/fan, 40amp fuse
There is also a Blower motor Relay in same fuse box

Relay 55 is for the Blower Motor
Relay 56 is for Starter and both are the same relay type so can be swapped around, for testing, but best to just pick up a new Relay to have

Pull out the relay
Put in new fuse see if it blows

Key on fan switch on, engine OFF
Put in relay
If fuse blows then blower motor is most likely bad
