Icon5 Bolt-On Exhaust Kit

Hi All,
I'm looking to upgrade my stock exhaust on a 4.0 OHV. Before getting into which muffler is best, I can't seem to find a clear answer in any of the how-to's, etc. I've never done exhaust work before and was wondering if there really are true bolt-on applications like the Gibson package. It's a 126" wheelbase so not sure if there would be extra hardware needed, etc.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Yes there are several after cat kits to choose from. I'd suggest looking at how rusted the stock exhaust mating flange is first. If its fairly clean you should be able to just remove and replace with simple hand tools. If its pretty corroded you might want to have an exhaust shop help out.

When I had my 06 FX4 I bolted on the magnaflow SS dual outlet kit. It worked well.
