Buzzing sound from behind the Speedomter?

Sometimes I get a buzzing sound from what seems behind the speedo?
Anyone know what this might be. Does it maybe 1-2 times a week or so. Only lasts a few seconds and its gone.
No CEL, nothing else I can think of.

haha! What tires?
My wife made me take the mud terrains off of her explorer when that same buzzing became unbearable!! lol
I never did tear it apart and figure out what it was. I put the stock tires from the sport trac on her explorer and it was quiet again.
