Interior Buzzing

Since I've added bigg meater tires and a subwoofer to my truck I have this incredibly annoying buzzing coming from what sounds like my dashboard, closer to the driver's side. Anyone have any ideas short of disassembling the dash?? My tires hummm alot. The sound was there before I added the sub but now I also hear it when the bass hits lol.

That's a big negative lol. There's never anything small in those, I hate digging stuff out of them!! Big stuff like cell phones and remotes are okay lol. But I think I've pin-pointed it to the drivers side dashboard but close to the center. I almost think it's the defrost panel. But then again when I get pissed and smack it, it never works =\

maybe the noises are caused by ur hallucinations because of a lack of sleep, when you're broswing r-f at 3 am!

Check your cruise control cable. It may be vibrating where it goes through the firewall...at least that's what it was for me.

Well I'll try both of those suggestions zach and buttercup. Hell I've had that damn bezel off a hundred times. Never thought about that. How do I access the cruise control wire? Inside or in the engine compartment?

I have a rattle similar to yours. I think i've pin pointed mine to either some where on the left of the gauge cluster or behind the headlight / dimmer controls. I have yet to try to fix it.

If you get yours fixed be sure to post the source.

mine did that it was the antenna cable hitting the steel bar the radio sits on

Well, I'm about to go ripping and tearing to find out. My ol lady took the truck the other day when i drove her car to columbus. Well now my ABS light won't go off and my abs disable switch isn't continuing the circuit so I think she ripped one of the wires out. I gotta go disassembling anyway.
