I have a 2019 Ford Ranger XL. It has power windows and Sync Connect. I can unlock my doors remotely with the Ford Pass app. However i do not have a key FOB. I was wondering if there is a way to install some sort of module to be able to unlock the doors remotely with a Key FOB.

 

Keyless entry was an option in the XL, had to pay extra for the Equipment Group 101A add-on option

Equipment Group 101A: cruise control + power door
and tailgate locks with autolock + Remote Keyless
Entry System + perimeter alarm + manual-folding
sideview mirrors with power glass

You would need to check with a Ford Dealer to see if there is a separate upgrade just for Keyless Entry
It might come with Remote Start upgrade, but you would need to check on that

I am sure there are 3rd party Keyless Entry systems now for the 2019 and up Rangers, but never looked

But if there are power locks in place and a lock/unlock button on the door then adding Keyless entry shouldn't be too hard

Most power door lock buttons have 3 wires, a ground wire, then a lock wire and an unlock wire
The rocker button grounds either the lock wire or the unlock wire to activate the power door lock, via relays in the trucks system

So you just need to have wireless controlled relays to simulate the button press of a finger, lol
The added flash of parking lights or horn honk are nice but not required, these can be added with other relays as needed

 

Why do you NEVER give more info than just a "Nope, can't do it that way" or a "Yes, you can do it"? What's the point of even bothering to post here if all you're going to say is yes or no? How about you actually post some more info as to why it can't be done, that way the OP can actually understand why it won't work.
